Unfortunately the Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 1000 is not supported on Windows®10. We recommend that you contact your computer manufacturer and check with them if they have any possible updates. As for the Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software, even though it is installed, Windows®10 uses its own interface.
It worked under windows 10 until last update now wifi is 4,02 Mbps an Mbps when is used to be 50 mbps
upload now 5.19 Mbps which has stayed about the same.

so the problem is the WiFi
Intel doesn't support and nothing on the HP site no help
